How would you feel about dating someone who seems to be better at everything than you?
My example.... I am a doctor and so is my new girlfriend. Although we work in the same job, she has been very successful up to this point. She has ambition, she is smart, and very athletic. For example, she graduated near the top of her class in high school, college, and medical school. She was a college athlete and a scholarship athlete. She is very attractive. She is also artistic, can draw, sing, and paint.
I feel lucky, but also like I dont bring much to the relationship.

He's always talking about how I'm so smart and beautiful and young and sweet and all that. But the thing is you have to realise she probably doesn't care that you can't sing or dance or paint or kick a ball. She probably loves you because you're a good person and you take care of her. And that matters so much more.
That's how I feel about my fiance. He makes me feel very loved. And I'm sure your girlfriend loves you for reasons that matter much more than your degree or whatever.
